Every year, people from all over come together for an incredible parade through the streets of downtown Savannah with marching bands, floats, horses and more. The parade kicks off at 10:15 am on March 17th on Gwinnett Street. For the full route, click here. So grab your green attire and join in on all the fun!

Pub Crawls

Another popular activity during St. Patrick’s Day is going on a pub crawl. There are quite a few to choose from. And most of them will stop at some of the most popular pubs in historic downtown Savannah and allow you to attend special events like live music performances, beer tastings and more.

There will be a series of events happening at Plant Riverside District to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day from Saturday, March 11 through Sunday, March 19. These events include free live music by more than 30 bands on two riverfront stages, family-friendly activities, and photos with Lucky the Leprechaun. 

We will also be in front of our Plant Riverside shop selling flower crowns Wednesday, March 15th and Thursday, March 16th from 2pm-6pm. We’d love to see you stop by and get your festive apparel ready for the big day.
