February Floral Design Workshop:
The weather weaves back and forth from warm to chilly and blustery this month but the groundhog is promising an early spring. As brisk as it is, the camellias are in bloom and azaleas are bursting with buds. Japanese magnolia trees litter the ground with their beautiful purple, pink and white petals. Paperwhites and other sweet bulbs are thrusting their little selves from the ground.
In celebration (and in hopes) of an early spring, we’re offering this February centerpiece arranging class. We welcome all skill levels and hope that you leave the class not only with a gorgeous arrangement made with your own two hands, but with a better understanding of the beauty and nature that surrounds us on a daily basis.
All flowers, floral supplies, tools and a vessel for your arrangement are included in this two hour session. Please dress comfortably and in shoes with good support. If you have a favorite apron or smock please feel free to bring that as well. Class size is limited to ten students and as we are in the week of the class, full payment of $150 is due to secure your spot. Your beautiful finished centerpiece will be professionally photographed as part of a tablescape and will be available to download and print as you would like (zenfolio)
